IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR YOUR UPCOMING STAY

Once again we thank you for your recent reservation at Pinnacles, Airlie Beach. By now you should of received a confirmation letter. If not, please check the junk file of your email.

Just a few things we wanted you to know before you arrive:

Pinnacles is located at the top of a hill (hence our name). Pinnacles Reception is located 300m from the main street however the street to us and our driveway which is another 100m is quite steep and we like to advise guests of this prior to arrival. For those not wishing to walk back up, the local taxi’s will bring you for approx. AUD $8 or alternatively you may wish to look into hiring a car.  Guests with mobility issues may wish to call us to discuss due to our location.

Pinnacles is a self catering property. We are not a 5 star Hotel/Motel and therefore do not have 24 hour reception or staff.   Our staff are available Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturdays 9am – 3pm and Sundays/Public Holidays 9am – 12pm.  Closed Christmas Day & New Years Day.

Apartments are not serviced daily with mid stay servicing offered for guests staying 5 nights or more (excluding reservations on Eco Friendly room rates).

For guests requesting specific apartment numbers please note that we do our best however are unable to 100% guarentee. Pinnacles do not accept Schoolies, Hens or Bucks bookings. Minimum age of check-in is: 21
