COVID-19 Update – Yes, we are open!

We are excited to be welcoming guests back to Pinnacles Resort. We pride ourselves on the care we take of our staff, guests and contractors. Our top priority at this time is to do everything we can to ensure everyone remains healthy and safe.
Cancellation Policy for new bookings from 26th March 2020 (Travel dates 26th March 2020 – 20th December 2020):
For bookings for travel until the 20th December 2020 a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at time of booking. Full payment is required 7 days prior to arrival. Within 7 days of arrival full accommodation total is forfeited however a date change is permitted. Cancellations due to Government enforced COVID restrictions such as border closures or travel restrictions will receive a full refund.
Bookings outside of this time will revert to our original cancellation policy that can be found under terms and conditions on our website.
We are monitoring the global Coronavirus(COVID-19) situation closely. We are committed to delivering and maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene with additional measures put in place at this time. This includes:
- Disinfecting of keys after each guest and our reception and guest areas are disinfected throughout each day, paying special attention to high touch areas.
- Everyone has access to hand sanitiser in public areas (at reception entrance and guest lounge entrance). Please note that access to these areas is limited.
- Our guest apartments – although always in place further disinfecting procedures have been implemented.
- All guests will be required to complete an express check-in online prior to arrival to reduce the amount of time and number of people in our reception area.
We are of course adhering to advise from the relevant government and health authorities.
