COVID-19 Update – Yes, we are open!

Pinnacles Resort pride themselves on the care we take of our staff, guests and contractors. Our top priority at this time is to do everything we can to ensure everyone remains healthy and safe.

Cancellation Policy for new bookings from 26th March 2020 (Travel dates 26th March 2020 – 20th December 2020):

For bookings made for travel between 25th March 2020 – 30th June 2020 no deposit is required at time of booking with the balance payable 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival – full accommodation total is forfeited however a change of date is permitted with 24 hours notice. All bookings for travel will be required to complete an express check-in online with the apartment keys placed in our after hours safe for collection. This is to ensure that social distancing is maintained and prevent contact where possible. This will be reviewed and may be extended if necessary. The access code to our after hours safe will be sent via text message to the mobile number we have on our records or email.

For bookings from the 1st July 2020 – 20th December 2020 a deposit of $300 is required at time of booking. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be provided for cancellations made outside of 7 days prior to arrival. 7 days prior to arrival full payment is required and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation within this time however a date change is permitted with at least 24 hours prior to arrival notice.

Bookings outside of this time will revert to our original cancellation policy that can be found under terms and conditions on our website.
We are monitoring the global Coronavirus(COVID-19) situation closely. We are committed to delivering and maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene with additional measures put in place at this time. This includes:

  • Disinfection of keys after each guest and our reception and guest areas are disinfected throughout each day, paying special attention to high touch areas.
  • Everyone has access to hand sanitiser in public areas (at reception entrance and guest lounge entrance). Please note that access to these areas is limited.
  • Our guest apartments – although always in place further disinfecting procedures have been implemented.

We are of course adhering to advise from the relevant government and health authorities.
