Check In:

Check in time is 2pm and check out is 10am. Reception is open Mon to Fri 9.00am-5.00pm, Saturdays 9.00am -3.00pm and Sundays/Public Holidays 9am -12pm. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day.

If you are arriving outside these reception hours, please contact Pinnacles PRIOR to the day of arrival to organise registration and key collection.

Check Out:

Check out time is 10am. Due to high levels of occupancy at Pinnacles year round we are unable to guarantee late checkouts.


Pinnacles Resort offers a full tour booking service with most operators offering a complimentary pick up and drop off at the resort. If you wish to experience the best the Whitsunday’s has to offer please visit the tours page on our website.

We have a comprehensive list with live availability or direct enquiries available. We recommend pre booking your tours to avoid disappointment in particular if you would like a scenic view from the air of the Whitsundays. A $5 per person discount is available for full day tours booked through our office or the link provided. Tours booked through our office can be then added to your room account for payment on arrival at the resort.

Airport Transfers:

If you are arriving into Proserpine/Whitsunday Coast Airport we can pre-book your transfers on a shuttle service . Bookings can be made by visiting the airport booking form.  If you are celebrating a special occasion or would prefer a private transfer these can be arranged (subject to availability) from $190 each way.

Cruise Whitsunday’s looks after our transfers from Hamilton Island Airport. The timetable ensures there is a vessel available to meet all arriving and departing flights. The transfers across from Hamilton Island into the Port of Airlie are from $55 per person one way. On arrival into Abel Point we are a short taxi ride to the resort or alternatively you can take the shuttle bus that meets the vessel.

Car Hire:

A number of car rental companies operate from Whitsunday Coast(Proserpine) airport including Hertz, Thrifty and Avis. 


Breakfast Hampers are available on arrival for $30 per person (minimum 2 people) and include bread, crossiants, muffins, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, jam, butter, juice, coffee & milk. Minimum 24 hours notice is required. Upgrade to an executive breakfast hamper for $37.50 per person including bacon & eggs. If you are celebrating a special occasion and are looking for something extra such as a balloons, flowers, wines or platters you may wish to view this page.

Pinnacles Resort has a strict NO PARTY, NO EXCESSIVE NOISE policy. All guests sign at check in that they will adhere to this policy. This policy has been designed to ensure the comfort of all guests. Any guests that fail to abide may be evicted without refund.

Due to high occupancy, we cannot guarantee any particular apartment, only apartment type.
